A few years ago, I became fascinated by the world of chocolate! Thanks to social media platforms, I began following world-renowned chocolatiers and soon noticed a significant gap in this domain within our local scene. It was then that I decided to venture on exploring the possibility of creating small batches of uniquely hand-painted and hand-crafted pralines. Five years later, I am proud to say that I am one of the very few, self-taught chocolatiers on the island. I use the finest ingredients including fine Belgian milk/dark/white chocolate and produce in-house fillings which are characterised by simple flavours and locally sourced ingredients. These artisanal pralines are not only aesthetically pleasing, but also offer an exquisite taste experience. I am enthusiastic about learning and discovering innovative ways to integrate hand-painted/handcrafted items, such as the famous signature Easter eggs. I am keen to explore more diverse possibilities, aiming to broaden my horizons even further.
