Bio

Marisa Micallef is an emergent artisan who creates handmade jewellery and home decor from polymer clay. Her artwork shows its strength in the delicate work of floral pieces. She is inspired from nature and Mediterranean flora and fauna. She imitates the flowers and incorporates them in her works, from earrings to pendants and bracelets. The creations range from simple designs for day wear, to occasions and bridal wear.

Her brand name is Peprin, which is the Maltese word for poppies, a flower that blooms in even the most inhospitable places – a reminder that we all can be poppies and show our strengths in our darkest moments.
