I have been doing lace from a very young age. My first tutor was my mum. Then I obtained the City & Guild certificate on lacemaking and design and also the diploma in Lacemaking which was held at the University of Malta, Gozo Centre. I attending different courses in lace, embroidery and gold embroidery. We have to work hard to keep on these traditional crafts alive.
